New Speaker System Enables Powerful Stereo Sound for Motorcycles
WEST COVINA, CALIF. Dec. 1, 1997 — MH Instruments (MHI) has developed for
motorcycles a high-output, high-fidelity stereo speaker system that produces powerful
sound — even at highway speeds — and is attractively packaged in chrome
to enhance the look of any cruiser. Easily installed on spotlight mounting bars,
handlebars, forks or turn-signal stems, the design-patent-pending Rumble Road™
Speaker System works with any portable stereo featuring a standard miniplug headphone
jack to provide high-quality sound on the go or while parked.
The Rumble Road™ Speaker System features integrated amplifiers housed in
standard chrome-plated spotlight casings for clear audio response at 23 watts
peak power and 4" acoustic dynamic full-range speakers. This quality packaging
makes Rumble Road™ superior over other products that require bulky handlebar-mounted
bags or saddlebags used in conjunction with car stereo units.
“Until now, riders haven’t had many options available to them when
it comes to enjoying high-fidelity stereo sound on the road,” says MHI Principal
Mauro Dresti, who designed the system. “Rumble Road™ speakers provide
high quality at an affordable price and add to the custom looks of the bike.”
MH Instruments designs innovative products for Americans on the go.
